Phil - an African farmer who has many years experience in sustainable projects in Cambodia having built 75 compost toilet units over the past 6 years in Cambodia - currently in daily use by a community of over 1,110. Propergation of neem, moringa and amarinth as sustainable, alternative crops and permatulture principles in farming naturally mean we have a leader who has got his hands dirty and learned the in and outs of life, community and living in Cambodia.
